We hope with all my heart that each of our clients will be satisfied with their purchase, although we understand that in some cases the return of certain items will be irremediable.

In this return policy we make clear the requirements that the customer must meet so that we can facilitate the refund of your order.

Orders Shipping cost

Orders to Spain (Peninsula) that exceed €50, shipping costs are FREE. If not, they would mean an increase of €4.95.

In Canary Islands or other European regions, write an e-mail to with the products you wish to purchase (with the exact name of the product as it appears on our website), indicating the zip code of the place, your e-mail address and your phone number, and we will contact you shortly to give you a free estimate.

Shipping costs for orders that go outside the Iberian Peninsula are always borne by the buyer, regardless of the amount of the order. In addition, taxes derived from importation or customs fees are not included. BoutiqueCanina will in no case be responsible for these expenses / taxes.

Return Conditions:

Items that can be returned / refunded or exchanged within 15 days after the date of receipt, must meet the requirements detailed below:

If you want to make a return, check that you meet all the following requirements before sending the product:

  • The product must be in perfect condition and it is convenient that it be returned in its original packaging since otherwise the good will suffer depreciation.
  • Send an email ( indicating personal data and order number so that we can proceed with the authorization of the return. Once the email is received, we will indicate the way to make the return and the address to which the return package must be sent.
  • Without prior authorization from us, the product will not be accepted and consequently returned to its origin, bearing the shipping costs itself

Once we receive the merchandise, we will verify that all the aforementioned requirements are met and in case of conformity, we will return the money by bank transfer to the account indicated.

If the return is a result of an error in order’s preparation by us or that the product purchased is defective, send an email to and tell us your order number and your personal data, and we will proceed to the replacement, repair, price reduction or return of said item without additional cost to the customer.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 15 business days, from delivery date, to return it (According to Art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15 of Ordering of Retail Trade modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19).

The return price will be originally paid, including shipping costs if you paid for them. Once the return merchandise is received, we will refund the amount paid on the product in a maximum of 7 days.

Note: In any case, we are not responsible for the return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Items after the 15-day warranty period.
  2. Items washed, used, without labels or in poor condition.
  3. Items under the following categories: Custom items, Custom items.


The deadline for making a change is 15 calendar days from the date of making your purchase, and the communication and product shipment must have been made within that same period.

Products with sizes (dog clothes, harnesses, collars …) can be changed to another size, provided they are in perfect condition, keep their original labels and packaging, and have stock in the store.

Note: In any case we are not responsible for the costs associated with shipping and receiving the product.

Send an email ( indicating your personal data and your order number so that we can proceed with the return authorization. Once the email is received, we will indicate the way to make the return. This policy will apply to changes of items purchased exclusively through our online store. will reject changes communicated or sent after the deadline, or products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.

Before making a return request

For any reason, if you wish to cancel your order while the order is in shipping process , you must wait until it is received before making a return request.

If you refuse to receive or do not pick up your delivery package, our customer service will not be able to judge its status and, therefore, we will not be able to process your return request.

If the package is returned to our warehouse due to the customer’s personal reason (such as the incorrect address / non-recipient / payment), we will contact you to re-pay the postage (via PayPal or bank transfer) and arrange the forwarding However, keep in mind that no refund will be issued in this situation.

Refunds: The refund will be issued by bank transfer to the checking account you provide us. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
